Creativity Coaching helps you with every aspect of your creative life, which is why it also could be called life coaching for creative people, or artist life coaching. At times I call it Artist Coaching, because most of the people I work with self-identify as artists.

Creativity Coaching / Artist Coaching is about…

Building awareness, listening deeply and noticing what is, and taking aligned action towardswhat you desire to create, towards your vision and goals.

Transforming the things that don’t align with your vision, whether those things be inner or outer blocks, circumstances that aren’t nurturing you or that you’ve outgrown.

Mindset work and adjusting your though patterns, and about soul work and intentional dreaming.

Planning and project management, creating (and adjusting) a strategy and helpful systems for your creative projects, talking about your work, marketing and selling your work.

Clarifying your mission, vision and artist / teacher identity, exploring how to communicate it through your website, social media, visuals and the letters you send to your audience.

Removing blocks and obstacles to creating, finding back the spark if it’s lost, aligning with your source and getting into flow

Getting support when you’re recovering from criticism or rejection, mourning over projects that didn’t work out like you had planned, dealing with creative grief when a project ends, thoughtfully choosing your next creative project, going through the process of working on your project, dealing with mistakes, distractions and your own personality issues.

Completing your work and revising it, showing your work and evaluating feedback.

Getting support with dealing with life – clutter in your house, money, scheduling, balancing your creative needs with your partner’s or family’s needs, prioritizing your health, and finding support to sustain in your creative work when life provides challenging circumstances.

Your most important relationship: the one you have with yourself – about building trust in yourself, loving all parts of yourself, tending to your wounds, being compassionate and caring for yourself, being the loving but firm parent for your inner child, learning to listen to your intuition and act on it, taking radical responsibility and an active role in creating your life.

Every creative deserves a creativity coach on their team.

Being a creativity coach is part of my soul’s calling. ❤️

It’s an honor to be a companion on your creative journey, inviting you to dream big, helping and supporting, holding space, being your sparring partner or a brainstorm partner when you need one, holding the birds-eye view over your projects and goals, listening and asking you questions so you can gain clarity, pointing you towards he right tool, exercise or resource at the right time, being there for accountability so you make your meaningful projects move forward, celebrating each little win and transformation along the way, cheerleading you or giving you a pep-talk when it’s needed.

I can also support you in your projects that involve (online) teaching, clarifying your teacher identity & your “dream students/ideal clients”, structuring your professional & pedagogical knowledge into course content, and tending to your artist business.
